Not reading all the posts above, so forgive if I'm repeating what others have already mentioned, but aside from the HOLY CRAP THIS IS HOT factor, I would recommend a right-click option to view the menu. I didn't realize it comes up just by hovering my mouse towards the bottom of the screen.

Sorry to repeat stuff mentioned above but i hadn't read all the feedback comments. Either ways i want to suggest something else that is surely not mentioned above:
As i can see your tubecasts's main focus currently on music, which clips are distinctive and easy to manage. You must be aware of last.fm community. For me it will be or even is this moment speaking the biggest social internet experiment in music [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last.fm]. I could go on many lines explaining last.fm's features but you'll better read it's wiki reference. It officially provides a fully customized music player, that broadcasts in a non-linear fashion, either based on a users profile page or based on music tags. Static content in our digital world is maybe a thing of the past so my idea is to integrate music taste of users by using last.fm's database to build music connections. Last.fm provides an API for that purpose .This idea has been already developed [http://lasttv.net] but it would be a good idea to be integrated to your page. It is unlikely that the developer of the project mentioned above will provide the knowhow to do so but it's worth giving a try. The only reason i'm mentioning this despite of this feature already been developed by someone else is that your Flash GUI is the best thing i have seen in the net regarding flash video playback. Anyways it's just an idea and since your service is still not commercial or attached with any corp. (as far as i know) a cooperation with last.fm's service would give your video playback service a boost making an fully personalized and user focused service making it an 21st century Video Clip channel

First of all congrats for you website bacause of its innovative interface. I actually had a similar idea but never came round to developing it due to lack of flash developing skills. Eitherways i am aware of some similar flash projects like neave.tv and flash joost but your's has a more consistent interface. My additions to your tv player would be to being able to dynamicly build a channel searching a tag or even using an rss feed. Having static channels (as the content is concerned not the timeline) narrows your website audience. Anyway the whole idea is to be able o dynamicly build channels either by tag inputted in a serach field or via rss I know that is sound more simple than to get actually done but it would be nice to be able to see that feature.

Keep up the good work!
